  An Alshabab operative who joined the Igad trained Transitional Somali government militias as a truck driver was captured in Kenya about two months and half after he escaped with military vehicle and personal to Alshabab Camp. He received a bounty for the vehicle, it’s equipment and passengers. Subsequently those passengers were murdered. He was identified as Mohamed Dhere, a man of unknown origin and terrible background who has been living in El Wak amongst the native people as a shegat.

According to information received, he went to Kenya through Liboy with a spurious name and went to Mombasa and got a new personal identification. He then got married to a new bride, but were captured in Nairobi, Kenya on 05/13/2011, along with his new wife while they were honeymooning there.
